Festela exists to help couples plan their wedding and share details with their own guests. The behaviour below is prohibited and may result in account suspension or termination, with no refund.
Prohibited
- Using Festela for non-wedding purposes. Corporate events, political campaigns, or commercial customer lists belong on a different tool.
- Uploading guest contact details without their reasonable expectation of receiving an invitation.
- Impersonating another person or couple.
- Uploading content that is harassing, threatening, hateful, sexually explicit, or otherwise unlawful.
- Uploading malware, phishing links, or fraudulent content into your website.
- Sharing or selling guest data with third parties for purposes other than the wedding the data was collected for.
- Using more than one Festela account to evade per-account limits or sanctions.
Enforcement
We may review accounts manually if we detect uploads that look like clearly prohibited patterns (commercial promotion, phishing links, hate content). Violation can result in immediate suspension and removal of the affected content.
Reporting abuse
To report a serious abuse case (impersonation, scam, harmful content), email abuse@festela.app with the invitation URL and a description of the issue.
